About SciKeep

SciKeep is 42 research tools that run in your browser. We built it because the tools for analysing lab data are scattered across dozens of websites, local scripts and institutional licences that expire, and a postdoc loses an estimated four to six hours a week to redundant data work — reformatting tables, recalculating IC50s, hunting for a freezer box, tracking reagent orders.

What SciKeep is for

Everything runs client-side. Your sequences, images, plate readings and notebook entries are processed in the browser and do not leave your computer, so there is no upload step and no queue. The tools cover qPCR and ΔΔCt, statistics, cell imaging and segmentation, Western blot densitometry, cloning and CRISPR design, IC50 and dose-response fitting, survival curves, and publication figure layout.

How we say what we are unsure about

Every tool carries a confidence grade and, where relevant, a note about what to verify before quoting a number. Closed-form calculations a researcher can check by hand are graded highest; heuristics that rank rather than measure say so on the page. A tool that claims uniform excellence reads as marketing, so we publish the grades instead. The validation page lists what has been tested against published reference values and what has not.
